Privacy notice

This notice explains how Artmirror Tuscany S.r.l. processes the personal data of people who visit www.artmirrortuscany.com and contact us, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Data you send through the forms (quote request and bespoke project): full name, company or studio, email, phone, city and country, profile, message, any attachments and the models you selected. Together with the request we record the page you write from and the source of your visit (for example the name of the advertising campaign that brought you to the site), to understand which channels work.
• Data you give us directly if you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
• Browsing data: the servers hosting the site automatically record some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time), needed for the site to work and stay secure.
• Cookies and similar tools: described in the cookie policy.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Replying to your requests, preparing quotes and handling any order: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting, if you become a customer: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
• Keeping the site working and secure and protecting it from abuse and spam: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Defending our rights in case of disputes: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

We do not use your data to send you newsletters or promotional messages.

4. Mandatory data

Your name and email are needed to reply to you: without them we cannot follow up on your request. The other fields are optional.

5. How we process data

Data is processed electronically, by authorised staff and with appropriate security measures. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

6. Who may receive it

• Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts the website and receives the messages sent through the forms, as data processor.
• Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), which runs the company mailbox where requests are delivered, as data processor.
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited, if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp: the messaging service is run by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• Professionals and suppliers who assist us (for example our accountant, couriers, installers), only when needed to supply the product, and public authorities where required by law.

Your data is never sold or published.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Netlify, Inc. stores data in the United States. The transfer is based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR), included in the data processing agreement with the provider.

8. How long we keep data

• Information and quote requests that do not lead to an order: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
• Customer data and accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.
• Browsing data: only as long as needed for the security of the site, according to the hosting provider’s policies.
• Cookies: for the duration stated in the cookie policy.

9. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). If you gave consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without affecting processing already carried out. Just write to info@artmirrortuscany.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your own country.

We may update this notice, for example if the services we use change. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
